About Be Where You Art
Be Where You Art is a TGM project whose mission is to engage creative approaches to mental health and wellness through various types of artistic mediums. We strongly believes that everyone is an artist until it is shamed out of them and that everyone is on their own creative journey. Led by our TGM team members, Be Where You Art is used as a space to grow, create and learn together.
This project includes Letters From a Therapist, local and virtual art workshops, our Ephemera Art Show, tabling at local art shows, and others. We are excited to add this new workshop series to our library of offerings.
Location and Time
Be Where You Art is an in-person group session that will occur in our art room at the TGM office.
Sessions are 1.5 hours long, once per week on Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
- An art journal to be used in one or all workshops is encouraged but is not required. Additional materials will be provided by The Gracious Mind team.
- An Open Mind: We invite all attendees to come to our workshops with an open heart and mind to learn and grow in this newfound shared space.
