Sajl (they/them) is an advanced intern at TGM currently working towards their Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman’s University here in Denton. Their passion lies in creating empowering and safe spaces for clients to be who they are and work towards acceptance and self-compassion.
Sajl has a special interest in working with the queer community and especially queer & transgender people of color. Sajl uses an intersectional, multicultural, and feminist approach to understanding client needs and is grounded in interpersonal and relational therapy.
In their free time, they love to read, write, draw, paint, and spend time with their cat!
