Ariadne Pereira, LPC – Associate

Ariadne completed her clinical training at Lamar University, with additional course work from Dallas Baptist University, and has been working as a school counselor in Plano for a number of years. Prior to that, Ari spent several years as a clinical psychologist in Brazil, having earned her B.S. in Psychology from the Catholic University of Pelotas, Brazil. 

Offering sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Ari enjoys helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate a variety of experiences. Her work includes supporting individuals and families, as well as teachers and administrators, in the pursuit of improved academic, social, and overall wellbeing for all. Ari is passionate about establishing positive connections in the community.

Ariadne has worked in a variety of situations including group counseling, public education, triage, and community spaces. Ariadne also holds a culturally humble approach to her work;  she enjoys exploring and learning about various cultural backgrounds, while acknowledging, respecting and celebrating the differences that make us all unique.
